Registered office: Roháčova 1637/88, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague, Czech Republic
E-mail: info@sigel-industries.com

Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

2. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Provider and the person ordering the SIGEL Web Intelligence Audit service through the website, by e-mail or through another ordering channel provided by the Provider.

The service is intended primarily for entrepreneurs, companies, organisations and persons acting within their business or professional activity.

By submitting an order, the Client confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

3. Definition of the SIGEL Web Intelligence Audit service

SIGEL Web Intelligence Audit is an analytical service focused on evaluating selected aspects of the Client’s website. The audit may include, in particular, technical checks, basic SEO factors, usability, offer communication, trust signals, content structure, brand signals, the likely archetype of the brand and customer audience, and recommendations for next steps.

The output of the service is usually a visual PDF report containing a summary of findings, scores for selected areas, interpretation of the findings and recommended priorities.

The audit is a diagnostic and advisory output. It is not a guarantee of improved business results, traffic, conversions, search engine rankings or any other measurable outcomes.

4. Ordering the service

The service can be ordered through a form, e-mail or another communication channel specified by the Provider.

The Client must provide true and complete information required to process the order, in particular the website URL, contact e-mail and billing details.

The Provider may refuse an order, especially if it is clearly incomplete, technically impossible to process, contrary to legal regulations or concerns content whose processing would be contrary to the Provider’s values or legitimate interests.

5. Price and payment terms

The price of the service is stated on the Provider’s website or in an individual offer. In beta mode, the service may be offered at a discounted price.

The current beta price of the SIGEL Web Intelligence Audit service is CZK 2,490, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The standard indicative price after the beta mode is CZK 4,980.

After the service is ordered, the Provider will issue a pro forma invoice or another payment document to the Client. The service begins only after the received payment has been confirmed.

In the case of a bank transfer or cashless payment, the payment is considered received at the moment it is credited to, or confirmed in, the Provider’s payment or invoicing system.

6. Delivery of the output

The Provider usually delivers the service output within 24 hours on business days after the received payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

The output is delivered electronically, usually by e-mail, in PDF format or through a download link.

The delivery period may be extended in the event of technical problems, unavailability of the Client’s website, missing materials, force majeure or other circumstances that the Provider cannot reasonably influence.

7. Beta mode of the service

The service may be provided in beta mode. Beta mode means that the methodology, report structure, visual form of the output or the scope of certain parts of the service may continue to be adjusted and improved based on real use.

The Client acknowledges that the beta price reflects the developmental nature of the service. The Provider may ask the Client for feedback on the service output.

Beta mode does not affect the Provider’s obligation to deliver the agreed analytical output to the Client.

8. Rights and obligations of the Client

The Client must provide the Provider with correct and complete information necessary for processing the audit.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to submit the website specified in the order for audit.

The Client must not use the service output in a way that would infringe the rights of the Provider, third parties or legal regulations.

9. Rights and obligations of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to process the service professionally, with regard to the available information and within the scope corresponding to the selected service.

The Provider may use automated tools, its own software, publicly available data and human review of the output.

The Provider is not responsible for inaccuracies in the output caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Client, temporary unavailability of the website, changes made to the website after the audit, or limitations of publicly available tools and data.

10. Complaints

The Client may submit a complaint regarding the service output by e-mail at info@sigel-industries.com, without undue delay after receiving the output.

The complaint must include order identification, a description of the alleged defect and, where appropriate, materials required for assessment.

A disagreement with the Provider’s professional opinion, interpretation or recommendation is not considered a defect of the service if the output was prepared within a reasonable scope and based on available data.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Provider may reasonably correct or supplement the output or provide another suitable solution.

11. Liability

The service output is analytical and advisory in nature. The Client acknowledges that final decisions concerning changes to the website, marketing, brand or business strategy are made independently and at the Client’s own responsibility.

The Provider is not liable for loss of profit, decreased traffic, changes in search results, the Client’s business decisions or the consequences of implementing or not implementing recommendations contained in the output.

12. Intellectual property and use of the output

Outputs created by the Provider are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The Client receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered output for their own internal and business needs related to the evaluated website or brand.

The Client is not entitled, without the Provider’s consent, to resell, sublicense or present the output as their own analytical product, or to use it in a way that could harm the Provider.

This does not affect the Client’s right to share the output with their employees, collaborators, suppliers or advisors for the purpose of implementing the recommended steps.

13. Involvement of third parties

The Provider may use third parties when providing the service, in particular technical tools, analytical services, invoicing systems, form tools, e-mail services or other providers necessary for processing the order and delivering the service.

The Provider is responsible for ensuring that the involvement of third parties is carried out reasonably and in accordance with legal regulations.

14. Confidentiality

The Provider and the Client undertake to keep confidential information that they exchange in connection with the order and provision of the service and that is not publicly available.

The confidentiality obligation continues after completion of the service.

15. Personal data protection

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the separate document Privacy Policy.

16. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions. For a specific order, the version of the Terms and Conditions effective at the time the order is submitted applies, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
